While Ubisoft is working on its cel-shaded Prince of Persia Prodigy, CEO Yves Guillemot revealed that it is also developing a game based on the upcoming Disney movie (starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Gemma Artertonas) which in turn is based on PoP: Sands of Time. The first in a trilogy of movies written by Prince of Persia creator Jordan Mechner and directed by Jerry Bruckheimer, two more actors have signed on, Alfred Molina (Spider-Man's Dr. Octopus) and Sir Ben Kingsley.

Beltion: Beyond Ritual is Rostok-Games' alternative fantasy RPG, in development since 2004. Beltion allows the player a freeform gameplay with a mix of fantasy and historical reality of medieval Europe.

THQ announced that Age of Empires: Mythologies, inspired by the PC series Age of Empires and developed from the ground up for Nintendo DS, allowing players to strategize as legendary heroes, commanding massive armies and shaping the destinies of three unique cultures in both single and multi-player campaigns.
