S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky is a prequel to its survival FPS S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, bringing the players one year prior to the events of the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game in 2011. Steam's "Coming Soon" title list indicates that we may see the second installment in GSC World's action game in May (thanks Peter).

Resident Evil Zero features two main characters: Rebecca, a rookie Raccoon City Police Officer who first appeared in the original Resident Evil, and Billy, a framed convict on the run. Soon you will be able to "zap" between the two characters on the Wii, but for now only if you live in Japan.

SouthPeak Games announced it is bringing X-Blades, previously known as Oniblade, a third-person, anime-style action/adventure to North America. Your heroine wields two magical blades that can be used as swords or guns, and has magical abilities, all of which are upgradeable.

SCi to Restructure, Delays 4 Titles, Cancels 14

Eidos parent company SCi announces a re-structuring plan changing from a centrally controlled development and publishing model to a studio-led business, focused around cornerstone products such as Tomb Raider, Hitman and Deus Ex. SCi will lay off 25% of its workforce, cancel 14 titles, and delay 4, mainly Tomb Raider: Underworld, now scheduled for Christmas 2008.
