Originally scheduled to be a Vista launch title, it was then delayed, and a new release date was set for May 22nd, but it never made it to stores. There's been no announcement from Microsoft, but the UK date has been pushed, and EBGames has it listed for next week.

UPDATE: A Microsoft spokesperson confirmed the delay, saying Shadowrun will now be the first Windows Live enabled title, launching May 29 (if it doesn't get delayed that is.)
