Earlier this week Miami Court Judge Ronald Friedman instructed Take-Two to get him a copy of Rockstar's upcoming Bully game, so he could play and "judge" for himself if the game was a public nuisance holds any merit. Although Jack Thompson initially called this a huge victory against the violent video game industry, it seems now he has been shot down, once again, as the Judge ruled that although he did not want his kid to play the game, the game did not contain anything you wouldnt see on regular TV.
