SEGA announced that it has added 8 new missions to the Phantasy Star Universe server on Xbox 360, PC, and PS2 platforms, and opened up planet Moatoob and Tenora to all players.

Fatal Inertia mixes street racing, demolition derbies and rallying with a futuristic setting where machines no longer need wheels and the laws of physics govern all. The sport is called Inertia and it's one that offers a heady mix of speed, combat and real world environments that can be used to make your victory and break your opponents. Originally scheduled as luanch title, KOEI has pushed it back until Feb. 2007.

Sony Releases v3.00 PSP Firmware

Sony has released a new v3.00 update for its PSP firmware, removing the UMD game auto-loading, but most importantly adding the ability to play PSOne games on your PSP, but only downloadable through the PS3s PlayStation Store. Nine titles will be available later today, including Resident Evil: Director's Cut, Hot Shots Golf 2 and Tekken 2. You will also be able to use the PSP to control the Blu-Ray and remote access media on your PS3 (music and photos).

'Blue Dragon' (X360) Sequel Already Planned

Blue Dragon is an epic role-playing game that centers on a young boy named Shu and several of his friends. While the first title isn't even released yet, in an interview with Famitsu, Mistwalker's Hironobu Sakaguchi revealed that they intend to create a Blue Dragon franchise, thus assuring at least a sequel. Scheduled for released in Japan on December 7th, downloadable content is already planned before year's end.
