Integrating elements of real-time-strategy games Starshatter: The Gathering Storm allows fleet commanders to direct the battle on a tactical level, launching fighters and directing destroyers to defend the fleet and annihilate enemy forces.

Earlier this week Miami Court Judge Ronald Friedman instructed Take-Two to get him a copy of Rockstar's upcoming Bully game, so he could play and "judge" for himself if the game was a public nuisance holds any merit. Although Jack Thompson initially called this a huge victory against the violent video game industry, it seems now he has been shot down, once again, as the Judge ruled that although he did not want his kid to play the game, the game did not contain anything you wouldnt see on regular TV. In short, the game is good to ship to stores next week...

Aspyr Resurrects 'The Shield' (PS2/PC)

Originally scheduled for release on PS2 and Xbox by Sammy Studios in spring 2005, it disappeared off the radar last year. Aspyr announced it has signed an exclusive publishing agreement with 20th Century Fox to publish Point of View's third-person action game The Shield, based on the FOX TV police drama airing on the FX Network.
