ABC's hit television series, Alias, is currently available for the PlayStation2 and the Xbox, each at suggested retail prices of $49.99. The game will also be available for the PC later this month at a suggested retail price of $29.99.

JoWooD and Phenomic send us a notice to inform the public that they are aware of the problems if you forcing the Anti Aliasing option through the control panel for your ATI videocard. Jowwod approached ATI regarding this problem to which they responded: "ATI has already addressed the driver problems seen when forcing AA through the control panel. A solution will be provided in one of the next driver releases, most likely in December but possibly in the very early new year."

Acclaim has launched the official web site for Gladiator: Sword Of Vengeance featuring info/screenshots from their upcoming Roman Empire themed console action game. At the same time Acclaim has also launched the official Alias web site which features info/screenshots from the upcoming third person console action game based on the hit ABC TV series. Acclaim Signs 'Alias' Action Adventure For XB/PS2/NGC

Acclaim Entertainment today announced that it has signed an agreement with Disney Interactive for the rights to publish video games based on ABC Television's hit drama series, "Alias." Currently in its second season, "Alias" is one of television's most critically acclaimed series. The "Alias" video game is currently being developed by Acclaim's Cheltenham studio and is scheduled to be released in the fall of 2003 across all of the next-generation gaming platforms.

In a move designed to further enhance START! games’ revolutionary new system for funding and aiding games developers, the deal provides free access to Alias/Wavefront’s highly acclaimed Maya modelling, animation and rendering software. Last week we reported that START! Games also offered their RenderWare to starting developers for free.
