SouthPeak Interactive announced that CDV Software has waived all disputed claims against SouthPeak and its subsidiaries., alleviating SouthPeak of all alleged financial obligation to CDV.

On Monday, 12th of April 2010 cdv Software Entertainment AG filed for preliminary insolvency, which only applies to cdv Software Entertainment AG, as subsidiaries and affiliated companies, such as cdv Deutschland GmbH, cdv Software Entertainment USA and cdv Software Entertainment Ltd are currently not affected.

cdv USA announced their lineup for the 2008 Penny Arcade Expo, to be held at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle from August 29 to 31, 2008, where it will be showing off Sacred 2: Fallen Angel, I Heart Geeks!, and My Little Baby.

cdv Software announced the creation of London-based cdv Software Entertainment Ltd., establishing the firm’s direct presence in the United Kingdom, led by former Virgin Interactive, THQ, and 505 Games' David Walker.
