Scott Miller, co-founder of 3D Realms, has shot down the rumor that Take-Two offered to buy the Duke Nukem IP for the reported $30 million.

Croteam CEO Roman Ribaric has announced that the company has recently begun "development on two games, one of which is the next Serious Sam FPS game."
