Bungie has finally revealed the first, scant, details about their next project. While mostly a teaser,
the trailer shows Orbital Shock Drop Troopers, aka helljumpers, raining down on Lumumba. While the trailer only sports a Halo 3 logo, the Xbox Live Marketplace tags it as "High action and deep mystery await players in this new Halo 3 campaign experience." with a hidden Jan. 6, 2009 date. If this is the same project as the pulled E3 presentation, this could be the first signs of the rumored Halo Recon game. Said to be a mix between Gears of War and Ghost Recon, it follows the bloody, violent, and grim exploits of a squad of colonial marines vs. the Covenant.

Ever since Valve released The Orange Box, the PC edition has received numerous updates, especially the Team Fortress 2 portion, and a cumulative update is planned for the X360 version. In
a recent interview, Valve's Gabe Newell revealed that it has no plans to issue these updates for the PS3 version since it was not done internally, and EA is not working on anything. Newell also reiterated that there is no PS3 version of its zombie shooter L4D in the works simply because "We don't have the bandwidth," which means they do not have the manpower for it.
