Noted crime writer Max Allan Collins ('Road to Perdition') has revealed to
CSIFiles.com that UBI Soft is producing a second 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation' computer game: "I'm working on the second UBI Soft game now," he said. "I have a more active role, consulting on the stories themselves; last time, they brought me in to write the dialogue, though I did repair some plot holes, too." You can read more about it over at

HD Interactive/Digitalo have released a new patch for their FPS Devastation. This patch brings your retail game to v390 and works for all editions except the French and Russian one's. An initiative of developer Digitalo, the patch mostly addresses many of the single player issues reported since launch in April 2003. Chariots of War is Strategy First’s follow-up to last year's turn-based historical conquest game, Legion. While Legion had a decent following, it was plagued by a host of issues that ultimately limited a lot of the game's strategic options. With this second offering, Chariots of War attempts to correct Legion's problems and give the game even more depth and complexity. The question is, does Chariots of War offer a legitimate alternative to turn-based strategy, or is it just Legion with a bigger map?
