Last year Ubisoft released Naruto: Rise of a Ninja exclusively for the Xbox 360, and this year PS3 owners get sole custody over Namco Bandai's Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm. While there is not yet any official announcement, it seems Ubisoft is working on yet another Xbox 360-exclusive Naruto title, but while the previously mentioned titles are free-roaming action/adventure games, Naruto 2: Broken Bond will be a pure fighting game centered around Naruto and Sasuko. Surely more details to come at E3...

Metal Gear Online features characters, stages and the same control scheme as MGS 4, with additional environments, game modes and team-based multiplayer mayhem for up to 16 players. Currently only scheduled for release in Japan, MGO will get new characters (Meryl/Johnny Akiba), ability to make female characters, a new "survival" mode, and 3 new maps (Shadow Moses, Metal Gear Solid helipad, and Mei Ling's boat). No word yet on when this DLC will come to Europe/North America.

The Day of Defeat: Source Palermo Update adds 51 achievements, player avatar displays in the scoreboard and win panel, and detailed player statistics that are integrated with the Steam Community features. Also added are the nemesis/revenge freeze cam, and new effects driven by the particle system introduced to the Source engine for TF2, as well as a new map, Palermo, which is a remix of the most popular community map, dod_salerno, originally created by Magnar "insta" Jennsen.

Earlier today SCEA released the v2.40 PS3 system software update adding in-game XMB access which enables users to connect and communicate with other gamers, as well as giving PS3 users the ability to earn Trophies and tout their accomplishments & skills via profiles with other members of the community. Shortly after its release PS3 owners who updated their console started complaining about their PS3 freezing/locking up. Without explanation the firmware is no longer available.

Last year MTV and Harmonix promised that The Who's 1971 classic rock album Who's Next would be downloadable but so far it has not been offered s DLC yet.
The reason came clear today as Harmonix has been unable to locate all the masters of the decades old album and will instead team up with Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey to create a 12-song best-of compilation pack of master recordings instead.
