While Microsoft still denies anything related to a motion sensor controller, 3rd party manufacturer Motus Games revealed Darwin, its 2 piece motion-controlled X360 controller. While it does not use infrared like Nintendo's device, the Darwin does use an array of sensors allowing it to detect movement.
