Capcom has announced a new title for PS2, Chaos Legion. The game is based on the serial of the same name which runs in the popular Japanese fantasy anthology Dragon Magazine. Though it has the look of a 3D action title, producer Yoshinori Ono describes it as a "fantasy opera," with some RPG elements, different in style from the Resident Evil, Onimusha, or Devil May Cry series. Capcom today unveiled Dino Crisis 3 for the Xbox video game system from Microsoft. Created by the mastermind of Shinji Mikami, the esteemed producer of the Resident Evil series of products, Dino Crisis 3 is the next blockbuster in the acclaimed series that has sold more than 3.5 million units worldwide. In Dino Crisis 3, players venture to the outer limits of space where all new dinosaurs await.

Capcom today announced Steel Battalion, an exciting battle-mech simulator for the Xbox. Using the most elaborate controller interface ever created, players take a seat inside the cockpit of a mechanized VT (Vertical Tank) and enter into futuristic military warfare. Capcom also announced plans to bring its number one arcade hit, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 to the PS2 and the this fall. Delivering absolute arcade perfection in classic Capcom style, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 pits Capcom’s legendary characters and Marvel’s world famous super heroes against each other for dream matches of epic proportions.

Capcom Eurosoft today confirmed that it will be publishing its first PlayStation 2 titles on Sony Computer Entertainment Europe’s Platinum range this coming June. The first two titles are Onimusha: Warlords and Resident Evil Code: Veronica X both of which topped the charts when released last year.

Capcom Eurosoft today confirmed it plans to publish Capcom vs SNK Pro for the PlayStation. The game is scheduled to be released this July throughout all PAL territories.

Capcom Eurosoft today reaffirmed its relationship with Bigben Interactive UK, by confirming that BBI will distribute two of its forthcoming Gameboy Color titles, 'Mega Man Xtreme 2' and 'Toki Tori'. Bigben Interactive, one of Europe's independent distributors will handle all marketing and sales activities for the two GBC titles across Europe.
