S.C.S: Dangerous Waters is a naval simulation game, and will be available via Steam for $39.99. Dynasty Warriors 5: Empires is Koei's latest title in DW series. The Empires spinoff adds an Empires mode where you have to sign political alliances in order to conquer the Three Kingdoms. Contrary to DW4 Empires the new title not only has you deploy your generals but also command then once on the battlefield. DW5 Empires also adds a coop mode, and is scheduled for release in Japan end of March.
