Control the fate of the galaxy in LucasArts' RTS game Star Wars: Empire at War. Set a few years before the events of Episode IV: A New Hope, the game will let players rewrite history as well as experience the aftermath of Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, the creation of the Rebel Alliance, and Darth Vader's rise to power. Take 2 today announced preliminary net sales of $1.2 billion for its 2005 fiscal year and Q4 net sales of $308 million. The results reveal that College Hoops 2K6 and Top Spin 2 have been pushed back from Q1 to Q2 2006 to provide additional time for development. A few new games were also introduced, including the port of GTA: Liberty City Stories to a current-gen console (most likely the PS2), and two new titles for the PSP, including an all-new GTA offering.

One of the titles I anticipated most before this year's E3 was Kingdom Hearts II, which picks up the story a year after Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories.
