Kyoto, Japan Ð Nintendo, the second-largest video-game console maker, said it will ship more GameCube consoles than planned to meet demand in the US. Kyoto-based Nintendo, which expected to sell four million GameCube consoles by March, will send "several hundred thousand more," spokesman Yasuhiro Minagawa said. Nintendo will ship 4.5 million consoles, the Nihon Keizai newspaper said on Sunday.
