Video game giant Mario appears in Los Angeles to deliver a proposal to create a new Interactive Entertainment category on the world-famous Hollywood Walk of Fame. The new category honoring video game heroes would supplement the current Walk of Fame categories for Film, Television, Recording, Stage and Radio to allow the stars of interactive entertainment to receive stars on the Walk of Fame.

After Tennis and Golf, it seems Mario will be swinging the bat in an all new title scheduled for release in 2005.
