The free update adds a new map Krivoi Rog (including the Panzer IV G tank), adaptive bloom system, in-game AA/AF tweaking, and the usual bug fixes and tweaks. Tripwire revealed that it will soon released a Multiplayer map pack for its WWII based FPS Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45. Tripwire recently ran a community map contest and will be publishing over ten new maps from the winners in a few weeks time. The pack not only features maps with quality artwork and gameplay, but also adds some great community made features to the game such as new vehicles and player controlled anti-tank cannons.

The free full-game trial for Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 is now underway.
