FXLabs Studios announced today it has signed an exclusive agreement with Archie Comics Entertainment for the development of the very first videogame based on the Archie universe. Under the working title Archie's Riverdale Run, the FXLabs team has begun the development of the game to be featured on the PC and consoles and is expected to be completed sometime in 2007.

THQ has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with Gas Powered Games for its RTS game Supreme Commander. Chris Taylor is known for his work with Total Annihilation under Cave Dog, and Supreme Commander will mark his return to a genre that he helped popularize.

Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom is an Action/RPG which is based on the world of Kingdom Under Fire where forces of light and darkness are locked in battle. While the first title in the series, A War of Heroes, appeared on the PC, its two sequels were Xbox exclusive hack'n slash/strategy games, but it seems the franchise is returning back to its roots with the 4th episode.

Stranger is a real-time strategy game, with elements of role playing games set in a world, split in two parts, surface and a subterranean one, which are in a tenuous balance. In Emergency 4 you can either play the 20 mission campaign or choose to try the randomly generated missions. Emergency 4 will feature realistic physics (walls collapsing, fire spreading), simplified controls, as well as a multiplayer mode. This demo features an intro sequence, a tutorial, and 2 missions.
