Atlus U.S.A. today announced the acquisition of the North American publishing rights to Battle B-Daman and Battle B-Daman 2. Both games are based on the popular animated program "Battle B-Daman," the second season of which debuts on American television later this year.

THQ has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with Gas Powered Games for its RTS game Supreme Commander. Stranger is a real-time strategy game, with elements of role playing games set in a world, split in two parts, surface and a subterranean one, which are in a tenuous balance. Stranger will also feature multiplayer, although details beyond "The players may play on their own, or unite in teams" are a bit sketchy.

In Emergency 4 you can either play the 20 mission campaign or choose to try the randomly generated missions. Emergency 4 will feature realistic physics (walls collapsing, fire spreading), simplified controls, as well as a multiplayer mode. This demo features an intro sequence, a tutorial, and 2 missions.

Bethesda's PR guru Pete Hines has revealed that a patch for the X360/PC editions of TES4: Oblivion is in the works. The patch will address a number of issues that they found or were reported by the community. Initially, a beta patch will be released, so err on the side of caution and back up your save games. Initially, Ubisoft was planning to add Spy vs. Spy to the PC edition of Splinter Cell Double Agent, unlike the Xbox 360 version, which featured Spy vs. Mercenary. According to this post on the French Ubisoft forums, it seems there has been a change of heart, mainly due to the massive outcry from fans. While there will be an official announcement in a few weeks, it has been confirmed that PC gamers will now also be able to enjoy Spy vs. Mercenary, although it's unknown whether this is in addition to – or in place of – Spy vs. Spy, or if it's cross-platform enabled.
