Microsoft Game Studios today announced the return of Indianapolis Colts All-Pro Quarterback Peyton Manning as quarterback of its exclusive football title for the Xbox video game system, "NFL Fever 2003." Joining Manning on the "NFL Fever 2003" roster, award-winning broadcaster Kevin Calabro has been inked by Microsoft Game Studios as the game's new play-by-play voice. "NFL Fever 2003" is scheduled to be shipped nationwide Aug. 6.

Strategy First and Flying Labs announced today that they have released a patch for their award winning strategy game, Rails Across America. The patch allows players to navigate the map and view financial reports even while the game is paused, giving them more time to make decisions and to explore the Rails Across America environment. The patch also includes a new map editor that allows players to create their own maps (for single player mode only), as well as some minor bug fixes and tweaks to gameplay.

Frontline Attack: War over Europe, a 3D real-time strategy game in the works at Poland-based development teams In Images and Reality Pump. Frontline Attack: War over Europe uses the Earth III engine known from games such as Earth 2140, Earth 2150. Eidos seems to have picked up the rights to Zuxxez Entertainment's "World War II: Panzer Claws", the 3D RTS that was already in development since last year. German RTS fans can rejoice, the game will be released a full month earlier than anywhere else. Njoy the screens!
