With “Opening Day” right around the corner, Infogrames has announced that Backyard Baseball will be the first game in the best-selling Backyard Sports series to debut on Game Boy Advance system. Backyard Baseball for Game Boy Advance as well as a new Backyard Baseball 2003 for Win/Mac will both be available in June. Infogrames, through an agreement with renowned game developer BioWare Corp., has secured the global publishing rights for the hotly anticipated role-playing game (RPG), Neverwinter Nights, excluding certain pre-existing licenses help by Interplay Entertainment. BioWare and Interplay have reached a settlement ending the dispute between the companies. Per the agreement, Neverwinter Nights, developed by BioWare, will be published by Infogrames worldwide subject to certain pre-existing Interplay licenses. In addition other matters have been resolved to both parties’ mutual satisfaction.

Creature Labs announced today the development of two PC CD-ROM titles based on a couple of Namco's most popular characters from the golden age of the arcades. The two titles MS.
