Last week Scratch DJ Game filed suit against Activision and 7 Studios, alleging that they had engaged in intentional interference with contract, breach of contract, conversion and misappropriation of trade secrets. Activision then
issued a statement that the L.A. Superior Court found that there was no evidence of any wrongdoing, but today Scratch DJ Game claims the L.A. County Superior Court has granted it a temporary restraining order and ordered 7 Studios to turn over all source code, tools and technology related to Scratch: The Ultimate DJ game.

At a UK press event, Bethesda revealed that it is working on a new installment in the Fallout franchise. Developed by Obsidian (former Black Isle Studios, known for KOTOR II, Neverwinter Nights 2) on the PS3, X360 and PC, Fallout: New Vegas is not a sequel but a standalone game. Featuring the usual RPG elements, it's scheduled for 2010. It wasn't revealed whether the game uses the same engine as Fallout 3 or Obsidian's current project, Alpha Protocol, and fans hoping to get more info in the coming months might be disappointed, as Bethesda's Pete Hines told us that it is "highly unlikely" the game will be shown at E3.
