Phantom Dust creator Yukio Futatsugi has commissioned the release of 34 new skills via the downloadable skill update 1.20 on Xbox Live. The new skills cover all the different skill schools and also include the mysterious 'Phantom Dust' skill which, while initially shrouded in mystery, promises to have a crazy, game altering effect. In addition to the new skills, Futatsugi and his team have made a ton of tweaks to existing skills, leveling out some of the more devastating and sometimes unfair skills and improving the homing ability of skills like 'Psycho Sniper'.

Interview With a Made Man is a complex and engrossing crime-based title, based on a storyline by best-selling author, David Fisher. Ubisoft today announced the exclusive music soundtrack for its combat-racing game 187 Ride or Die, hitting the Xbox and PS2 end of summer 2005. The in-game music soundtrack features 15 unreleased hip-hop tracks composed specifically for 187 Ride or Die. In addition to producing and performing on the soundtrack, Guerilla Black also lends his voice and likeness for one of the main characters in the game, Dupree.

Namco today announced it has signed Rebellion's realistic World War II sniper simulation Sniper Elite for North America. The game plunges players behind enemy lines on an undercover mission to divert Atomic weapon research from the advancing Soviet Army. Featuring authentic sniping mechanics and four offline and online game modes, "Sniper Elite" will be available on the PS2, Xbox and PC in the Q5 of 2005.

Ubisoft today announced that one new Versus map and two new Co-op multiplayer maps will soon be available on PC and Xbox (via Xbox Live) for owners of Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. The Versus map, called Squat, will be available at the end of May, and the two Co-op maps, Nuclear Plant and UN HQ, will follow shortly thereafter. The maps will be free of charge. Ubisoft today announced the action-filled flight combat game Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII, a title exclusive to the Xbox and internally developed by Ubisoft. From Western Europe to the Pacific, players test their air-combat skills as they experience the most famous battles of World War II. As a squadron leader, the player can fly up to 40 WWII aircraft in both single-player and multiplayer missions.
