Westwood has released another updated toolset for their 3D action game, Command & Conquer Renegade. While the package has been updated into a slightly larger download "24MB", there are again no details on the changes. It contains contains the Level Editor along with assorted utilities, as well as RenX for gmax.

The 3DO Company today announced the development of the first Sarge’s Heroes title for the Nintendo GameCube, Army Men: Sarge’s War. The Sarge’s Heroes games were some of the most successful third-party titles for the Nintendo 64, having sold over a million units between the two games. The Army Men: Sarge’s War game is planned to ship in Spring 2003.

THQ Inc. and Microsoft today announced an exclusive, worldwide Game Boy Advance publishing agreement. Under the agreement, THQ will publish several of Microsoft Game Studios’ top-selling Xbox and PC game properties on the popular Game Boy Advance system.
