The OFLC has refused to grant Grand Theft Auto 3 classification and hence this title can no longer be sold to any consumer under any circumstance. Take 2 Interactive Software has lodged an appeal regarding this decision and the matter has been set down to be heard on Tuesday the 11th of December.
