Infogrames and Namco Bandai Games Europe have signed a strategic partnership between the two companies, where Namco Bandai would acquire a 34% stake in Infogrames’ European and Asian distribution operations, with the remaining stake being retained by Infogrames.

At a press conference in Japan, Namco Bandai revealed it is currently working on no less than four titles in the Tales Of franchise. The PSP is getting a port of the PS2's Tales of Rebirth, while the PS2 is getting a reworked Tales of Destiny, under the auspice of a Director's Cut. A new Tales of Innocence is coming to the NDS, while Tales of Symphonia: Knight of Ratatosk is a Wii exclusive, set in the Symphonia worls, but two years later.

Namco Bandai revealed its product lineup for the 2007 E3 Media & Business Summit, where it will show off diverse lineup of 17 titles on all major platforms mixing new installments of its most popular franchises as well as license-based games.

Namco Museum Remix will revitalize popular Namco games, recreating them from the ground up with intuitive controls utilizing the Wii Controller and with new visuals in terms of both graphics and presentation. To coincide with the theatrical release of Naruto The Movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow, from VIZ Media LLC, Namco Bandai announced that a sneak-peak of Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2 and Naruto: Uzumaki Chronicles 2, both for the PS2, will be unveiled at select theaters across the country on June 6.

Atari Europe today announced a partnership deal with Namco Bandai to co-publish a range of handheld titles in Europe. This agreement will see Atari publish 5 GBA and one NDS title which were previously released in North America and are now coming to Europe for the first time.
