3D game engine provider Trinigy has signed a licensing agreement with Robot Entertainment, former Ensemble Studios employees, to use the Vision Engine on a new, undisclosed IP currently in development.

A turn-based RPG that puts you in the role of a 14-year-old boy on a mission to rescue a princess from a wicked witch, Final Fantasy Gaiden no longer features a menu-based combat system but uses "charges"; you'll team up with others in a four-character squad customizable with a variety of weapons and armor.
