In Aliens vs. Predator, players will have the chance to take the role of the three infamous species: the Colonial Marine, the Predator and the Alien. SEGA president Mike Hayes revealed that AvP's release date will affect Colonial Marine's launch, as the company does not want the two Aliens titles too close to each other, preferably nine to 12 months apart, although commercial success of AvP could further influence that in either direction. Hayes also states that, despite the cancellation of Obsidian's Aliens RPG, a 3rd game in the franchise is planned but nothing concrete has been decided yet.

Mass Effect invites players to take the role of Commander Shepard as they set out on an adventure to save the galaxy from imminent destruction. Wrought with treachery, heroism, difficult decisions and a universe filled with unique and colorful species, Mass Effect delivers a truly compelling storyline. More DLC was promised back in February, offering a much more combat-oriented and lighter-story experience, but not much has heard of it since. Xbox.com reveals that the DLC is set on a remote, top-secret Alliance space station, and will feature 13 exciting combat scenarios, giving fans another 2-3 hours worth of gaming.

Axel & Pixel, developed by 2K Czech, is a "point-and-click" adventure game in which players guide an artist and his dog through surreal and abstract environments. While the first two titles were a big success, the 3rd one, making the move from strategy to 3d FPS, was not, so Pyro Studios has decided to go back to its roots and make Commandos 4 a real-time strategy game. No further details, nor a projected release date, were disclosed.

In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the SEGA Genesis, the company put up a poll asking fans which of their old classics it wanted as the next Xbox Live Arcade title. Earthworm Jim was initially included and in the lead, but a licensing issue with Gameloft, who is working on a remake for Wii/PSN/XBLA, forced SEGA to remove the game, making ToeJam & Earl the winner in the end. No further details or release dates were revealed yet.
