'The Saboteur' (ALL) Crashes on ATI Cards, Terrible Workaround

A new open-world environment stealth-action thriller, The Saboteur is set against the dramatic backdrop of occupied France and based on a true story, the personal tale of one man's fight to find and kill the Nazi thugs who murdered his friends. Pandemic has posted a workaround for the game crashing on ATI cards, which requires users to disable any additional cores on multicore computers, which is terrible since the game's system requirements ask for a quad core.

And here we are again, the weekend.

No big plans scheduled, apart from going to Adam's birthday dinner at some Moroccan joint and running some errands. Got a few Netflix movies to watch, and I'll try to catch up on a few episodes of Criminal Minds and NCIS LA.

It seems my new PSU and gfx card have resolved a black screen issue that I started having a few weeks ago, so I'm pretty happy about that. The only game that I couldn't run properly without chugging was Red Faction: Guerrilla, so I'll have to give that a whirl and see if it runs smoothly now.

Last night's Stargate Universe episode was rather good, especially the sweet ending. Eat it, Dr. Rush!
