Last month, Bethesda filed suit against Interplay for their inability to move forward with the Fallout MMO, making digital distribution deals with GOG and Steam for its back catalog and repackaging products that have not been approved by Bethesda. For years now THQ and JAKKS Pacific have been in the process of arbitrating the royalty rate to be paid by THQ to JAKKS Pacific for WWE video game sales, which was recently settled. In July we reported that THQ had yet to renew the WWE license, even filing lawsuit against JAKKS over it, and it has just been given an extension to make a decision whether it will pick up the WWE name through December 31, 2014.
