CDP Investment and Optimus have concluded an agreement in accordance with a letter of intent the companies had signed earlier. The owners of CDP Investment will retain control of the CD Projekt Group while gaining control of Optimus by acquiring 50% of the listed company’s shares. As part of an earlier reorganization, Metropolis Software has reportedly been shut down, and its current project "They" put on hold.
