Big Mutha Truckers 2 begins with Ma Jackson being taken into police custody for tax evasion. The only way she can win her case is by hiring Cousin Jacob, the most "fancy-talkin' legal fella" this side of Booger's Canyon. Players will be challenged to raise the cash needed to bribe jurors to let Ma off by trucking, trading, wheeling and dealing.

The new game will follow the plot of the original "From Russia with Love" film, including the battle on the Orient Express and the boat chase sequence, but will expand the story with new action sequences. The development team approached the game as a director's cut of the film, which will allow the player to utilize such cool toys as the jetpack and a Q-copter as well as the trusty Walther PPK handgun.

Battlefront.com and IDDK/Crazy House proudly announce that T72: Balkans on Fire! has now officially reached Gold status and is ready for release. Production of the finished goods (CDs and printed manual) begins immediately, and the game is expected to ship to customers in late June/early July. An addon with full multiplayer support is already being worked on, scheduled for end of the year.

After it earlier this year shut down Soldner developer Wings Simulations and Transport Giant's Ebensee studio, JoWood keeps trimming down its internal development studios. Aquanox developer Massive Development is the next casuality in JoWood's struggle to returning to profit. In a statement issued earlier today JoWood and Massive announced that current projects, such as the PS2 title AquaNox: The Angel's Tears, are not cancelled and will be finished, although timeframe was not provided. Rumours of an Aquanox 3, and whether it will also continue to be developed, could not be confirmed at this point.

While Activision and Infinity Ward have yet to release Call Of Duty 2 later this year, it seems that preparations are already underway for a third iteration in the WW2 FPS franchise. Developer
Infinity Ward's jobs page has a listing looking to hire a "Senior Next-gen Programmer," for on an all-new IP, and Call Of Duty 3. No specific details are metioned, and somehow I think we will need to wait quite a few more for any official announcement or confirmation.
