Using the Unreal Engine 3, Saw is developed with the creators of the SAW movies, Leigh Whannell & James Wan, and was recently picked up by Konami. There has yet to be an official announcement, but it isn't exactly a secret that Infinity Wars is working on Modern Warfare 2.
