Working on the script for DCU Online, comics writer Geoff Johns revealed that the game will feature lesser-known heroes such as Metal Men, and Doom Patrol, and is currently slated for 2010, possibly late 2009.

While Atari isn't exactly flourishing financially, it's still not as bad off as Midway and has been on a spending spree, signing a slew of titles in the past few months. At its Atari Live press event in London today, Infogrames president Phil Harrison revealed that the French publisher plans on bringing back several of its key, but dormant, franchise in the future. While there was nothing to announce just yet, we can expect new installments in the Baldur's Gate, Dungeons & Dragons and Test Drive franchises.
