Rock Band 2 builds upon the first music game to introduce co-op band gameplay, multiple instruments, online multiplayer, unparalleled downloadable content and raises the bar by delivering an entirely new level of depth, connectivity, authenticity and features. Currently recording their next album, Atlanta quartet Mastodon revealed its Colony Of Birchmen track will be featured on RB2, but also let slip that the PS3 edition is scheduled for Oct. 19, and Wii version will retail on Nov. 16, 2008.

Set in a modern day survival-horror universe, the co-operative gameplay of Left 4 Dead casts four "Survivors" in an epic struggle against hordes of swarming zombies and terrifying "Boss Infected" mutants. In a recent interview Chet Faliszek revealed that Valve plans to release DLC soon after the game's release, and that the X360 game will get dedicated servers for better playability, but also a few tweaks like modified A.I. Battlefield: Bad Company drops gamers behind enemy lines with a squad of renegade soldiers who risk it all on a personal quest for gold and revenge.
