Valve Bans 10,000 Steam Accounts

It seems that Blizzard isn't the only one who drops the ban hammer, as Valve's new Anti-Cheat technology caught a few people cheating in Counter-Strike: Source and other games this week – over 10,000. VAC detects anyone using cheat software and permanently bans his or her Steam account. Valve expects to see a surge of forum posts laying blame squarely at the feet of "my little brother."

Using a stunning new 3D engine, Singles are totally interactive, with highly unique detailed expressions and can be dressed in a whole range of freaky or fancy outfits. Deep Silver has released a v1.4 beta patch for all versions of the game, although there are no details as to what it fixes (thanks Blues).

Ubisoft Confirms Wii Launch Lineup - Screens
