Koch Media, SOE and Sigil Games Online announced today that the Vanguard: Saga of Heroes open beta will close on Jan. 23 at 11:59 p.m. PST. In anticipation of the Jan. 30th launch of the fantasy-themed MMORPG, the servers will be shut down, and all beta character profiles will be transferred to a test server.

'Microsoft Train Simulator' Rides Again...

Aces Studio is using the Microsoft Flight Simulator X technology to develop a new version of Microsoft Train Simulator. Unrelated to our previous Train Simulator development efforts, this version will be an all-new product built on the FSX platform, although Microsoft stated that it’s too early to discuss any product details, which are to come later this year.
