A proposed bill being voted on this week by the European Union would give governments authorization to deem certain software illegal to be used on the internet. While it does not specify whether Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty is an all-new game, a new PlayStation Network title, or merely an expansion/addon for Ratchet & Clank Future, the name has been submitted for registration and received a Everyone 10+ rating. We should know more shortly when E3 kicks off.
