A proposed bill being voted on this week by the European Union would give governments authorization to deem certain software illegal to be used on the internet. The
new anti-piracy rules would put in effect a Europe-wide three strikes law, giving three warning to people suspected of sharing copyrighted files, eventually banning offenders from accessing the internet. After being released last week, then pulled due to freezing issues, SCEA has re-issued the firmware update, albeit now as v2.41, adding XMB access in-game which enables PS3 users to connect and communicate with other gamers seamlessly while playing games, as well as giving PS3 users the ability to earn Trophies and tout their accomplishments & skills via profiles, and compare them to other members of the community.

ESRB website is a new installment in the Ratchet & Clank franchise. While it does not specify whether Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty is an all-new game, a new PlayStation Network title, or merely an expansion/addon for Ratchet & Clank Future, the name has been submitted for registration and received a Everyone 10+ rating. We should know more shortly when E3 kicks off.
