The Last Remnant is Square Enix's latest RPG game, powered by the Unreal Engine 3, to be officially announced later this week at the Square-Enix Party. This single-player only title is scheduled to be released in Japan and North America simultaneously, with two main characters, each one appealing to a specific territory.

In keeping with its aggressive stance against cheating in World of Warcraft, Blizzard banned over 114,000 accounts in Europe in the month of April.
