LucasArts' The Secret of Monkey Island has been a classic since its release on the PC/Amiga back in 1990, but it's still being referenced as the quintessential adventure game. If we may believe the
German ratings board, Activision (the European distributor for all things LucasArts) is working on breathing new life in the franchise with The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition, bound for the Xbox 360, most likely an Xbox Live Arcade remake. More details to follow, presumably at E3.

Rumored for the past few weeks and expected to be introduced at next month's E3, it seems that Microsoft is working on a full body motion control camera, similar to Nintendo's Wiimote concept. According to the
Wall Street Journal, "Microsoft is developing a new video camera for the Xbox 360 console that will allow players to control games with the movement of their bodies," and the camera would sit near the TV, capture when players move their hands, legs or head, and "it won't require users to hold any hardware to control on-screen action."
