The New Xbox Experience will give X360 owners a completely new Xbox 360 experience that is fun, social, simple to use, and puts more entertainment at their fingertips than any other device connected to the TV. As part of the overhaul Microsoft is bringing the Xbox Live Marketplace to your PC. You will be able to browse through the XBL content online, add it to your queue, even purchase it right there, and then as soon as you get back home and turn on your Xbox 360, the content will begin to download.

Apart from the previously announced MLB Stickball, Microsoft has added two extra titles to Xbox Live Arcade today. From Software's Tenchu: Shadow Assault is a ninja action game where you use various ninja weapons to complete missions, or deploy traps in order to kill your friends online. Konami's Beat'n Groovy is a music-rhythm game with a variety of genres such as electronic, instrumental, and pop, featuring a on/offline two-player versus mode.

Crystal Dynamics has made Tomb Raider Underworld more realistic with fluid movements due to motion capturing. Set a few years after the last game, it also features persistent destruction and lush locales across the globe. Lara gets muddy in the game, but with the weather system, rain will wash it away. Two new chapters will be made available for download on Xbox Live, offering 6 more hours of gameplay, as well as a demo in October.

continues its momentum in Japan and for the second week in a row outsells Sony's PS3. While the NDS remains king, the
Wii regains the lead amongst the current gen consoles with 29,921 units sold, while the X360 outpaced the PS3 with 13,777 vs. 8,156 console. The recent price drop and the one-two punch with Infinite Undiscovery and Tales of Vesperia are surely the cause of the sales surge.
