Last week UbiSoft's VP of publishing Jay Cohen resigned indicating that he would be working with a more traditional entertainment company in Los Angeles. Multiple sources have confirmed to
Variety that Cohen has now teamed up with the game studio formed by MTV Games and Jerry Bruckheimer Films. Since the announcement of the joint venture back in late 2007, no details have been released what the studio is working on, apart from the fact that Bruckheimer would NOT make any titles based on his movies or TV series, but rather based on original IPs.
