Sony, still playing catchup after the recent Playstation Store revamp,
rolled out a new update with the Eye of Judgment Card Expansion Set 2 ($14.99), Call of Duty 4 Variety Map Pack ($9.99), Army of Two SSC Challenge Map Pack ($7.49). Rock Band gets Judas Priest's Screaming for Vengeance album and Motley Crue's Saints of Los Angeles, Guitar Hero III gets the Def Leppard track pack ($6.25), while Karaoke Revolution Presents: American Idol Encore gets downloadable songs for $1.49 each. There are demos for Iron Man and echochrome, as well as the usual slew of game/movie trailers and PS3 themes.

Rumored since Microsoft's X06 event, and confirmed last year when it partnered up with Peter Jackson to form Wingnut Interactive, a new Halo title is in the works, but not "at" Bungie. Microsoft Game Studios is currently recruiting a Creative Director, Producer, Game Engineers and more to “help develop a new experience in the Halo universe,” and "partner with key Hollywood talent."
