Indie developer Foundation 9 Entertainment announced that it has acquired Amaze Entertainment and all of its studios, who will now combine with Foundation 9 in a transaction funded by Foundation 9’s current owners, private equity firm Francisco Partners.

CDV USA has signed a North American publishing deal for Alien Shooter: Vengeance. In development by Sigma Team, the game is the successor to the popular sci-fi action game Alien Shooter, and will feature an endless onslaught of vicious aliens, powerful weapons and high-speed vehicles.
