Activision announced today that it has signed award-winning composer Joel Goldsmith, known for Stargate: Atlantis, Witchblade, Helen of Troy, to score the soundtrack for Call of Duty 3, his console video game debut in a career that spans more than twenty years.

UK's BBFC has granted Eidos' Reservoir Dogs an 18+ rating (equivalent of the ESRB's M Rating), but the the Association of Chief Police Officers has voiced its total disapproval of the game, due to its violent emotions, especially against members of the police service, and that it encourages to torture, shoot and execute policemen.
