Sony Online Entertainment today announced a licensing agreement with Epic Games to use their Unreal Engine 3 for the development of next-generation console and PC-based games. A regulatory filing with the SEC reveals that Activision has been sued by one of its shareholders over its issuance of stock options, in particular backdating, a practice that involves changing the date of a stock option from the day it was actually issued to an earlier date, usually when the stock was trading at a lower price, which makes the option more valuable. As many as sixty companies are currently under investigation for similar practices.

The Operational Art Of War series allows you to play and create any battle from the entire 20th Century of warfare and up to the modern day, with reasonable accuracy back as far as the 1850s. Atari made the following comment on the changed release date: "Given the sheer size and scope of Neverwinter Nights 2 and its 50 to 60-hour single player campaign, it was decided to move the global release date of Neverwinter Nights 2 out a month to late October.
