According to the
New York Daily News, Roger Hill, who played a big-time gang leader in the 1979 cult movie, "The Warriors," filed suit yesterday, claiming that Take-Two does not have the rights to use his likeness in the video game of the same name. Hill's demands include $250,000 and a court order preventing further use of his likeness.

The Aussies bring down the ban hammer once more, this time outlawing sales of Blitz Games and Eidos' upcoming movie to game adaptation of Quentin Tarantino's Reservoir Dogs. While exact reasons as to why Australia's Office of Film and Literature Classification decided to
not rate, thus banning the game, is unclear, but local publisher Atari Australia decided to not fight the decision. Earlier this year, Atari was also prohibited from selling Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure.
