Back in September Ubisoft announced a Prince of Persia title was in the works for the PSP, and today its final name has been revealed. Prince of Persia Revelation, developed by Pipeworks, builds on last year's console success, Prince of Persia Warrior Within, and features original content such as additional puzzles, new maps and redesigned levels.

EA today announced its financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2005. While Madden NFL 06, several of its sports titles, Burnout Revenge, and The Sims 2 Nightlife each sold over a million copies, net income, earnings and profit were all down compared to the same period last year. EA also confirmed FIFA 06, Madden NFL 06, NBA Live 06, Need for Speed Most Wanted and Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 06 are ready for the Xbox 360 launch.

EA announced today that servers for NFS Underground will no longer be in service as of January 13, 2006. You may continue to play the game up until the closure date, although certain community programs may begin to close down prior to that date. It was already rumored a few weeks back but Take 2 today confirmed that Bethesda's next-gen PRG will not be released this year. In its revised revenue and earnings guidance for fiscal 2005 and fiscal 2006, Take 2 confirmed not only that GTA: Liberty City Stories is delayed in Europe due to unexpected delays in final product testing and submission, but also that The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for PC and Xbox 360 has been postponed from the Q1 to Q2 2006, which means not before February 2006. In the subsequent conference call Take 2 said that the delay was due to the fact that Bethesda needed more time to work on the title.

BFME 2 takes part in the North where a battle is raging between Sauron's forces vs. elves and dwarves. It will be possible to create/customize your own hero, apart from known figures such as Arwin, and become more powerful as you progress in the game.
