Apart from the initial E3 announcement, very little has been revealed on Rockstar's next-gen GTA title, but according to IMDb, the very first voice actors have been unveiled. Lazlow Jones and Navid Khonsari are lending their voice talents to in-game characters. Both are known for also contributing to GTA III, Liberty City Stories and San Andreas, while Navid seems to be a Rockstar favorite, having also voiced characters in The Warriors, Manhunt and even Remedy's Max Payne.

Take Two settled Federal Trade Commission charges that it failed to disclose important information about the game's content to consumers by not disclosing that the game discs contained potentially viewable nude female characters and a potentially playable sex mini-game. An $11,000 fine per "future" violation was ordered; luckily, this is not retroactive, as that would have cost Take-Two a total of $72 billion.

Contrary to what was said at the Microsoft E3 briefing, Rockstar Games just announced Grand Theft Auto IV for the PS3 and Xbox 360, scheduled for release in North America on Oct 16, 2007 and in Europe on Oct 19, 2007. Microsoft's Peter Moore, however, did announce episodic content through Xbox Live.

Rockstar Games announced today that Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories for PS2 will be in North American stores on June 6th, 2006 for the MSRP of $19.99 and will hit European retail shelves on June 9th, 2006 for EUR 29.99 and GBP 19.99 in the UK.

Tyrone McMillan was
convincted to seven years in jail for leading police on a high-speed chase through two counties on August 5th of last year. After 55 minutes of hot pursuit he crashed into a few cars, injuring a police officer, all because of a parole violation. McMillan later told police he thought he could outrun them because he played the PlayStation video game Grand Theft Auto.

Rockstar Games announced today that it plans to release Grand Theft Auto 3, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas together for the first time as a complete trilogy for the Xbox. Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy is set to hit shelves in North America on October 18, 2005.
