Initially, Take Two pinned the GTA IV release to
Oct. 2007, assuring there would be
no delay, while delaying it shortly thereafter to the more ambiguous
Q1 2008. At the BMO Capital Markets Interactive Entertainment Conference, CEO Strauss Zelnick went even further and took the "When It's Done" attitude, saying, "we weren't able to stick to our firm date the last time. We're going to give a firm date when we are utterly convinced that we have it and that isn't right now."

With one GTA issue dealt with, Rockstar moved on and announced the first GTA IV trailer will be released March 29. Since the GTA franchise uses the in-game engine for its cinematics, we should see the first real footage using Table Tennis' RAGE engine.

An $11,000 fine per "future" violation was ordered; luckily, this is not retroactive, as that would have cost Take-Two a total of $72 billion.

After 55 minutes of hot pursuit he crashed into a few cars, injuring a police officer, all because of a parole violation. McMillan later told police he thought he could outrun them because he played the PlayStation video game Grand Theft Auto.
